Dimitris Pantzartzis: President / CEO

Dimitris Pantzartzis is the President and CEO of GP VOiCE. He is the architect and designer of the current switching, routing, billing, and network facilities, oversees carrier pricing and relations, and all technical staff and operations. Mr. Pantzartzis background is in ASIC design for digital imaging and wireless network products, and in sonar design for underwater acoustics research and development. His experience spans from small startup groups to global teams and operations management.

He has held technical director and management positions in these areas for more than twelve years before joining GP VOiCE. Mr. Pantzartzis holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Duke University, Durham, NC.

Peter Stazzone: Chief Financial Officer

He is responsible for the company’s Financial Strategy, Accounting, Planning, Funding, Assets, Budgeting and Reporting. Peter has more than twenty years of domestic and international experience in finance, strategic planning, operations, and accounting, and has a track record in the development of systems and processes that increase productivity and efficiency.

Before joining GP VOiCE, Peter was a Managing Director of 360networks, a global broadband network services provider. Prior to 360networks, Peter served as President and Chief Financial Officer for Independent Network Services, an Arizona telecommunications firm.

Peter also held management positions in finance, business development and accounting in private industry and public accounting in Chicago and San Francisco. Mr. Stazzone has an MBA degree in Finance and International Business from DePaul University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ben Elkins: Vice President of Sales

Ben started his journey in the sales and marketing arena with GP VOiCE as an account representative for the Arizona market. While with GP VOiCE, Mr. Elkins has seen his share of success. Soon after joining the company, he was promoted to the position of Director of Business Development, in charge of all agent sales and wholesale accounts.

After a successful year with record sales, Mr. Elkins accepted the position of Vice President of Sales. While in this position, Mr. Elkins has developed new relationships with clients and worked with the leadership to develop new marketing and sales strategies. Mr. Elkins has been an instrumental part of the company’s sales growth.
